The exciting little story started in 1987, when Mr. Hameed Shaker a master craftsman set up his artistic blacksmith workshop in the city center. Al that stage the products he churned out were railings, grills and gates in addition to interior forgings. Gradually expansion took place and today BAWIS consists of a highly qualified team of professionals: blacksmiths, polishers, patinaters, varnishers all producing components of forged iron and bronze.
